When you hire Desk Maven, you're partnering with it a C- suite executive assistant with nearly twenty years experience, a Bachelor's degree, superior time management skills and a trusted confidante. Also, you would not be responsible for medical and retirement benefits, parking, office nor supplies!
I CAN Do It Myself
On average, as an entrepreneur, you spend nearly 50 hours a week working on your business. That is 36% or 18 hours a week, which can be better allocated to scaling your business, increasing your revenue, focusing on your well being, mental health and family. Just at 15 hours per week (our minimum requirement), Desk Maven will track and correspond to emails, schedule your meetings and appointments, book your travel, fulfill your inventory and supplies, organize their digital files, reconcile your expenses, and much more!
It's FASTER To Do It Myself
Is it? Sure it takes time to onboard an assistant, no denial there. But I’m not your fresh out of college, wide eyed intern or coordinator. It’s why I ask such transparent questions during our discovery and onboarding calls, and initially encourage a three- month contract rather than a year. We take a deep dive and assess your processes, behaviors and blind spots. The time it takes to share your back office and fully migrate administrative tasks are significantly minimal compared to the 72 hours per month you spend continuing to manage them yourself.
